HA-BE attaches great value to providing young people with an insight and introduction into the challenging and diverse world of sheet metal processing.

Apprentices and student trainees gain day-to-day professional experience at HA-BE. In addition, the company continually offers students in advanced semesters interesting topics for a Bachelor or Master’s thesis. We supervise academic works from various courses of study in close coordination with the universities in Landshut and Munich. The focus is primarily on mechanic engineering, engineering management and business administration. Since Ha-BE is internationally oriented, certain suitable projects may include the possibility of gathering additional experience abroad.
